Description - A small pink geranium, with red stems. The centre of the flower is white, and the petals are un-notched, which helps to separate it from Dove's-foot Cranesbill, G. molle. Although the general outline of the leaf is round, it is cut to half-way into five lobes.

Habitat - waste ground, banks, pathsides etc. Mainly near the coast.

Comment - First record 1938, and David Mc Clintock in his Wild Flowers of Guernsey (1975) calls it "rather rare", finding it only in the north of the island. However, it is now widespread and common. Only in the south of England
